We do not offer returns on any food items/products.
Please contact us immediately after receiving the order with any complaints you may have.
If we delivered the wrong order, then please contact us directly.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email or contact you, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note Stripe charges and Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
You should see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank but if you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your bank.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We do not replace or exchange items. If you are not happy or need to exchange it for the same item or another item of the same value, please contact us immediately.
You will be responsible for paying for your own packaging, shipping, or delivery costs for returning your item.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Open all 6 days from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Mondays closed. We are open for collections and delivery in Swords, Dublin.
